The Story

Harkinson Investment Corporation is the legacy real estate investment firm founded by Jeff Harkinson in 1993 and is the majority member of Harkinson Dewan Commercial.

 

The company serves as the general partner of most of the investment properties managed by Harkinson Dewan Management. It and its related company, Harkinson Management, LLC, are active in managing and developing the land investment and development partnerships created by Harkinson.

Jeff oversees the acquisition, financing, management and leasing of a portfolio of commercial real estate properties totaling nearly two million square feet primarily in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area and beyond. He is also manager of Harkinson Development, responsible for land development and ground-up construction projects.
 

Jeff is interested in environmental preservation, biodiversity and social justice issues. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his extended family and at his Hill Country ranch. He spends time serving on boards of non-profit organizations and on philanthropic interests.
